If you bought SwiftKey from the Google Play Store (formerly the Android Market), Amazon App Store or AndroidPIT App Store then you should be able to get SwiftKey on your new device for free.

Log in using the same account and app store that you used to purchase SwiftKey originally - go to "my apps" and the latest version should be there for you to download.
