How can we improve our languages?

QWERTZ layout changes to QWERTY when English is downloaded

I have German as default with qwertz. When I turn on English additional layout is changed tu qwerty.
Bug a) do not change

I change layout to qwertz for English and German.
Bug b) turning English off and on, layout is back to qwerty. Please remember setting.

    While we are working on a fix for this, please note that you can change the layout by going to Settings> Languages and Layouts and hitting the keyboard icon next to your language.

        Yes, maybe I made myself not clear enough. I change the keyboard as you suggest. But just turning english on and off overwrites my settings again.
