About predictions with eg åäö

For example, when writing Swedish words like Sa, it will autocorrect to Så. This is bad, åäö is on the other side of the keyboard and nobody ever would type a instead of å and ä. Please fix this for us Swedes

In SwiftKey 3, typing “a” and “o” on the Swedish keyboard layout won’t bring up word predictions containing “å”, “ä” or “ö”.

When using the English QWERTY layout, “å”, “ä” or “ö” will still be accessible as alternative characters of “a” and “o”.

A remainder from the days when Swiftkey didn´t had å,ä,ö on the keyboard. I have reported this a long time ago, but can not find the post anymore, but I really hope that the fix will come soon...

I guess that would be the case for danish, norwegian, finnish, icelandic and finnish too

It's sad that thye reintroduced this bug again, and its even more sad that they refuse to do something about it.

You can remove them yourself from charactermap.json in Android\data\com.touchtype.swiftkey.phone.trial\files\sv_SE. Be sure to backup the file first just in case you get it wrong. And every time an update is downloaded for the swedish language you have to redo your edits.

There are also definitions for é and è as secondary characters for e in that file but it looks like that is broken as you only get the number 3 when long-pressing e.
