No LTR support for Hebrew

In the hebrew keyboard add right to left support and the the words should not be backwards

    LTR support has mostly to do with your device and the application that you use.

    Please let us know:
    - your device’s Manufacturer and Model
    - the android version
    - whether it is rooted
    - if it has a custom ROM
    - if it implements a LTR fix
