Word prediction no longer working
Worked great for a couple weeks on my Galaxy s 3, no no word prediction or auto correct which makes typing 10 x longer to achieve! SwiftKey 3 is essentially useless with out it. In fact, its horribly frustrating. Anyone know how to fix this issue??
Thanks very much for your responses – we really appreciate your help.
Please be assured that we are aware of this issue and will look into it, and hope to come to a solution/fix, as soon as possible.
Thank you for your patience.

Still not working on my Galaxy tab. What's up? I would like to get the services I paid for. When will this be resolved?

Just want to add my name to the list of people who are having this problem. The app refuses to learn any word that I type no matter how many times I type it. It used to work perfectly.

Very frustrating as I'm sure you've realized by now. I try to type the word "the" and it auto-inserts "three" every time. Swiftkey has gone from the best app on my Droid Razr Maxx to an app that, if I didn't know better, was designed by a group of incapable hacks, a roomful of monkeys on typewriters.
Thanks for hearing me out.

Seriously, how many months is it going to take to fix such an essential feature of your software?
Words from Jan 15th say: "Please be assured that we are aware of this issue and will look into it" - when? I believe all the users would be really glad to have someone really looking into and fixing this problem.

Is there a way to revert back to the previous version? I'd give up the swype to get the old version back.

None of the above is applicable. When the update went into effect all of my words predictions out learned typing style disappeared and the app no longer learns. I've had to type my email address a zillion times now.

Yeah same here. When I erased the data and uninstalled and reinstalled swiftkey. When it downloads it fails and says I have no internet connection when I do.

I have a droid dna. I used to love swiftkey. But, after the most recent update, there's no more auto-correction. Nothing is capitalized even though the option is selected. It's rubbish. Uninstalled and unimpressed.

Please fix the incompatibility with S note!! Swiftkey is a great app, but I'm frustrated by the total failure to flow and predict with the premier app on my Galaxy Note 2.

I had this same problem I have posted my issues on two separate threads because my problem in the beginning was my word prediction was not working after an admin had recommended to delete a specific file in the Android/Data/com.swiftkey folder it worked but the next day it stopped working again and gave me the language pack error.
Please help this app is by far the best keybaord app I have used to date and so far customer support is really scaring me as I see some comments posted from days ago with no solutuion.
FYI: I am running stock Android Jelly Bean 4.1.2 that I updated to a few weeks ago and after I rebooted my Galaxy SII (Unlocked International Version) this problem started to occur.
