Unlearn rss blog information without deleting all data

It would be nice to be able to unlearn 1 of the options instead of deleting all data. I accidentally selected a website on RSS feed blogging and I am confused as to how to undo the learning just on RSS alone. Does anyone know if this is possible? or do I need to delete all data and restart. Any help at all would be greatly appreciated
