  I cannot get the language pack to install. I moved from the beta to the paid version with Flow. The language pack fails to install. I will download and get to 100%, then I get the "failed to download message". I tried Andy's fix below to no avail. I really like this app so a fix would be greatly appreciated.

  Thanks to Andy I fixed the problem that I was having downloading language packs following an update to JB. I had to download the language (also English (AU)) twice but at least it started downloading whereas before I followed the instructions it wouldn't even start the download (kept saying waiting to download!)

  Ok, here is how I got language to download...

  1. Download SwiftKey full version
  2. When you get the language download error exit the installer
  3. Download SwiftKey trial version
  4. Run trial installer and choose language, it should download
  5. Once language has downloaded exit the trial installer
  6. Navigate to /sdcard/Android/data using your chosen file explorer (I use ES File Explorer)
  7. Rename folder com.touchtype.swiftkey to com.touchtype.swiftkey.tmp
  8. Rename folder com.touchtype.swiftkey.phone.trial to com.touchtype.swiftkey

  This folder contains the downloaded language pack

  9. Restart the full version SwiftKey installer
  10. Choose the same language as download as under the trial version

  The language pack should then download. Once you complete the install process the installer will ask to remove old SwiftKey version. OK to this, it removes the trial

  FYI I'm on Samsung Galaxy Nexus JB 4.2.1 (Android Revolution HD 9) and English (AU) language

  After restoring from a backup I cannot download languages. Judging from a quick Google search I am not alone in this. I have tried everything that has been suggested by SwiftKey ans the community.

  Please respond to your paying clients and fix ASAP.

  There is no solution to this issue?
  It doesn't predict words and the message of error about the loading of language packets!

  I used swiftkey (free trial) for a month, then i purchased the full version however, i can't use it. Everytime i try the first step (that is ; choose yr primary language) a message pop out saying download failed, coulbn't download language pack, make sure of yr connection and try later. I tried different wifi connections and i tried downloading different language packs, yet it keep doing the same. I tried also clearing data from the application, uninstalling and redownloading the application, but in vain. Could anyone help me plz.

  I am having the same issue, I have an Asus tf300. Says the same thing whether I download flow or 3.1 which I purchased.

  Same problem, the little keyboard keeps coming up in the corner telling me to select a language and I do but it's not working, no auto complete either... Might be better off to use the stock keyboard. I'm having to fix every word... Plz fix it ASAP... Loved the app before I have told many people about it
