Personalization servers are currently busy.
I have jellybean on a brand new galaxy nexus GT-i9250. I try to personalize and I am able to log in in if open the personalization with the default keyboard turned on. After entering my credentials all of the remote personalization services will say "Our servers are currently busy..." and will be greyed out. I can not get them to light back up without re-installing the app. When I tried to personalize again, the same thing happened. I have had the "Our servers are busy" message for about 14 hours now.

We are aware of some problems with personalization and have flagged them to the devs.
If you just use SwiftKey without personalizing it will learn your style of communication as you type – it’s not as fast as personalization but you should see how it adapts to you pretty quickly.
We are working on getting this fixed.

Is the personalization screen frozen or will this functionality automatically become available once you apply your fix? Will an uninstall and reinstall help? I am using a Google Nexus handset running 4.1.2.

I've been having this issue on Samsung Galaxy S3 for a week now. No matter what I do, I cannot get twitter, facebook, nor gmail accounts to sync with swiftkey.
Please fix this issue as soon as possible.

Tried to personalise using Facebook and the notification said failed. Then I had the issue

Had a Beta language version and a full version installed. I cleared the apps data, uninstalled both versions and re-installed the full version only. Works fine now.

Tmobile LG MyTouch. This started happening yesterday after I purchased the full version of the app. Never got to personalize, because it failed the first time. Been grayed out ever since.

Happening to my Sprint Galaxy S3 also, just installed new 302 version today. Everything synced fine on July 23rd, then facebook synced fine, but twitter failed and gmail failed. When I go back to try to do it again they are grayed out with that server busy statement.

Well about 36 hours after mine wouldnt sync the option became available again and i put in the details and it synced ok.
