Umlaut popup does not work any more!
Bad idea.
We have just recently pushed out an update of SwiftKey 3 version 3.0.0.277. This update is now available on the Google Play store as well as at Androidpit.com. We have also submitted the update to the Amazon App Store. It will be available there as soon as it passes approval from the Amazon team.
To see what version of SwiftKey you have installed, please do the following: First access your SwiftKey settings by longpressing your 123 key in the bottom left of your keyboard. Then select Settings > About SwiftKey 3. Your version number will be displayed at the top of your screen.
This update of 3.0.0.277 should resolve many issues. If you still have problems please repost.

Why are there no umlaut?
Do you guys at touchtype test software before releasing it?btw: a workaround is: turing all special characters on and off again then you have back the umlaut-popup (for a while a least)
