Firstly please make sure that you are running the most up-to-date version of SwiftKey – currently 4.1. You can find this by pressing and holding the bottom-left key on the keyboard, choosing Settings, and tapping “About”. If you have feedback regarding a Beta version of SwiftKey please go to our VIP Community at http://vip.swiftkey.net
Add comments and details to the thread about your bug, or post a new topic if your bug is not yet mentioned. This will help us to understand and fix the issue.

Samsung Galaxy S4 stock email app bug
Text in email app of Galaxy S4 rip apart or word inserted into middle of a sentence rather than end of sentence. Completely useless in this app, other app work fine.

Google Hangouts: Execute in Landscape doesn't send.
I just upgraded to Google Hangouts, which replaces Google Talk. There is a bug in landscape typing mode. When you type and then click "execute", the message does not send. You have to "back" out of the keyboard and then click send. Portrait mode does not share this bug. I am a landscape typer due to large hands :)

Nothing is written
Sometimes when I type on the keyboard, nothing is written. This is true with any application (GO SMS, Gmail ...).
I have to close the application and restart if I want the
keyboard works again.For your information, my phone is a Wiko Cink Slim, and I'm running on Android 4.0.4.

Not Learning New Words
I have update to the latest version, 4.0.1. 128. But it still doesn't learn from the words i type out manually! I have purchased the full version

Browser incompatible, cannot input any text suddenly
Dear DEV team,
I would like to report two bugs about SwiftKey and browser:
1. When surfing internet with browser and want to fill some web input forms, e.g. post comments on Facebook, login Paypal to pay bills. SwiftKey seems not working anymore. The text input never show text which I type. I did some digging and find following steps to reproduce this issue:
a. Open a web page with many input box
b. Type random text in each input box, one by one

All the languages dissapeared [*CM10]
My system in galaxy s2 running cyanogen mod 10. Recently all my languages in swiftkey have disappeared. Not only they disappeared but also there's no language list in the language menu in the settings so I can't redownload any languages. This renders swiftkey virtually useless which is disappointing for an app I paid for.

1 – Does this happen when you turn your phone off and on again? Or could you be typing happily in one app, switch to another app and suddenly the languages are gone?
2 – If you go to Settings > Languages&layouts, tap the menu button and choose “update languages”, does the language list return?
3 – If the language list does return when you do #2, do you have to redownload your chosen languages? Or do they reappear as already downloaded?

VNC Viewer: repeated characters
I use VNC Viewer by RealVNC on my Nexus 4. Prior to the "Flow" update, I could use they SwiftKey keyboard with no issues. However when I updated the app and tried to type in VNC Viewer, my keystrokes would repeat. For example, if i wanted to type "Hello" I would get "Hhehelhellhello" or something similar. If I hit backspace, the letters won't delete. This happens even if I disable flow. I have yet to contact RealVNC as I'm fairly sure the update is the cause of this.

Details of SwiftKey version, phone, Android version, and what apps and text fields it happens in – these will all help us to narrow down the problem.

My SwiftKey isn't so swift anymore
Why the recent update I find that the keyboard lags significantly and chooses wrong words because it's almost as if it was not picking up all of my typing. I have the new swype give off and haven't changed anything else. Help!

Word prediction no longer working
Worked great for a couple weeks on my Galaxy s 3, no no word prediction or auto correct which makes typing 10 x longer to achieve! SwiftKey 3 is essentially useless with out it. In fact, its horribly frustrating. Anyone know how to fix this issue??

Faint Flow Line on Custom ROM
The Flow line is very faint on some custom ROMs. Kii Keyboard, Swype, and the stock keyboard all have visible flow lines. Swiftkey is the odd ball out. This has been reported by several users but has never been officially addressed.

Google Hangouts: Can't skip a line.
On Google hangouts, the bottom right button doesn't skip a line but instead adds a smiley. This is a bit pointless since Google Hangouts has a smiley button with better emoticons anyway. Please fix.

Keyboard Freezes While Up
Example: I'm writing a text to a friend and all is well, but then I send it and try to back out of the app. The keyboard never closes (i.e. goes back down, off the screen, etc.) and I'm unable to type on it or get it to do anything. Since it takes up 50%+ of my phone's screen I can't go into any settings to force close it and I have to reboot EVERY TIME. This doesn't happen on any other keyboard, and it didn't happen before Flow. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, I even reinstalled my ROM and…

Keyboard not popping up / appearing when I try to type.
Galaxy s3 mini on jelly bean. Latest version of swiftkey 3.
The keyboard does not appear / pop up sometimes when i click / press in a field. This happens in all fields as far as i can tell (messaging, whatsapp, browser).
I have to go into settings and change the keyboard back to the stock keyboard. Use the stock keyboard for a bit, then change the default keyboard back to swiftkey and it starts working again.

Samsung Galaxy S4 lag when Swiftkey installed
It seems that SwiftKey may be causing considerable lag in the new Samsung Galaxy S4 - even when the keyboard is not being used. The solution some are taking is to uninstall SwiftKey. See posts here
