Flow doesn't seem to be learning very effectively.
Allow flow to recognize personal patternization as opposed to just previously swiped or typed words. It doesn't as yet seem to learn very effectively.

Allow more correction words to choose instead of current 3 choices only
Allow wider choices of prediction/correction word instead of current 3 choices only. It is not enough!

Modify the full stop key in the Arabic layout so that long pressing it doesn't generate a full stop by default.
The full stop key in the bottom right corner of the Arabic layout can be long pressed to bring up an expansion menu allowing for the full stop, comma, question and exclamation marks to be entered. However, the default choice in this menu is a full stop, which seems pointless as a single tap on the button will generate the full stop. Add text navigation by sliding thumb across keyboard. Add ability to highlight text by starting a keyboard swipe from the delete key.

Smarter auto-space adds spaces before new word instead after detected ones.
In cases where auto-space adds spaces after words today. That space should keept in mind and added before a NEW word is detected. That should avoid punctuation, email and other issues reported by other users at once.

Multi point gestures
Flow is awesome! But the loss of gestures is not. Suggest that multi-touch gestures (two finger swipe) be a compromise. Then we can hide the keyboard etc whilst still keeping flow.

Please go back to not autocorrecting numbers!
There used to be a check box that said "Do not autocorrect numbers" and now that option is gone! I stopped using Swiftkey because of it. I have a physical keyboard, and intentionally type numbers, but swiftkey decides it knows better and deletes the whole string, and leaves just 1 number. For example, 11 becomes 1, or 2310 becomes 2. I can type an entire phone number and it will just give me the first number. I am happy with 90% of the rest of the predictions, but the numbers have GOT TO GO! (Droid4)

Let me disable the browser-specific keyboard
I hate the keyboard with the ".com" button and shrunken keyboard that pops up when I use the address bar in Chrome. I can't tell you how many times I've accidentally hit ".com" while intending on using the space bar. Would be awesome if there were a setting somewhere so I could disable this.

Maybe you could add the option to change the key's order. Some people would like to use a german or french or even different keyboard.
I have the problem that i am used to the german keyboard where y and z have changed their positions. Now i don't find any options allowing me to change the english keyboard into a german one. Sorry if there is a way to do and i'm just to blind to see.
