When you press the numbers key, a numeric pad and miscellaneous characters come up, but there should be separate pages; press the number key once and it brings up a numeric keypad on one half, and edit functions on the other such as copy, past, clipboard, select, select all, and the arrow keys. Then from that page you can get to the other, unimportant symbols.

Not everyone uses the edit page and not everyone uses the extra symbols, so you should have the option of which buttons/pages are shown.

Add or delete words to your own userdefined spelling checker dictionary to get rid of typing errors. Swiftkeys correction by learning is not good enough if you by mistake type wrongly spelled words. Like it is now it will on the contrary learn wrongly spelled words.

I would like future SwiftKey updates to have name recognition capabilities.

Documentation should mention that you can select a word by long pressing it (rather than by double clicking it). It took me forever to figure this out. I almost gave up on the app because I couldn't figure out how to easily edit previous words.

I envy those with iPhone that can add a lot of fun smileys in their texts.

It would be so helpful to have the ability to edit the dictionary of learned words - to be able to remove misspelled words that Swifteky has autolearned.

The keyboard that is presented to access my phone (password keyboard) is very small as there are far too many keys. I only need numbers, as the majority of clients would need.

There should be a selection of entry screens or a method of modifying the password keyboard.

You say predictive punctuation takes up predictive space. But some of us liked it for very common replies. At least make it an option for us to select in settings. Not nearly as fast to move the thumb back and forth between predictions and punctuation. Loved being able to hit the middle prediction button four to six times in a row for short, oft-repeated sentences. Fix this or I replace you and post a thorough review about why.
