How can we improve SwiftKey?

Remove space before punctuation

If I choose a word from the 3 predictions and then use punctuation (point or comma etc.) SK used to automatically remove the space between the word and the symbol. Why does this not happen anymore? Much worse than before.

The spacing around punctuation depends on what languages you have enabled. In some languages it is correct to have a space after the word and before the question mark.

Please could you post comments and let us know:
    what languages you have enabled
what behaviour you expect to see
    what you actually see

    Thanks

In English (and German): the space after a word and before colons and semicolons should be automatically removed when typing these punctuation characters.

        I'm using SwiftKey 4.

I have the same problem after enabled Spanish (Latin American) please correct it, this should work in the same way others Spanish dialects do.
No space between a word and the following punctuation.

AH this is killing me! I paid for this app it shouldn't make my life harder for every time I enter an exclamation point or question mark! How hard is it to fix this? I guess not that hard!!

Anyway, I'm using both french and english languages (even sometimes together), and in my culture (fr-CH), I never put spaces between last word and any punctuation marks.
It is really painfull to remove them after fast '!' or '?' feature.
Moreover, if it really depends on language, so it should work with french, but it doesn't.
Finally, this rule is not consistent and does not rely on culture, as you could have differences between various english cultures like en-US, en-GB or en-CA...
So again, remove these spaces please!

I use the French one and I too would like to have the space removed before punctuation (this is incorrect in French except for the : ).

I am still having this very annoying problem. What is the fix?

Just a couple days ago, SwiftKey started inserting a space before all punctuation, and a phone restart hasn't fixed it, very annoying! This is U.S. English.

Personnally, I'm using French language and have spaces before "?" and "!".
But the Swiss French doesn't put spaces before punctuation.
Could it be an option to add for French language ?

        Thanks a lot !

This problem is fixed as far as i can see in the latest version. Works as before again.

Yes 100% agree. I now have to go and remove the space before the ! or ? Annoying and slows me down. Also I am finding that the predictive text has gone pear shaped. Doesn't work. Eg I tried typing suprisingly. So you would think that after typing supr - you could get options like suprise, suprised or suprising. But no - I get "Sure", "Supr" and "Support"! That's silly - S-U-P-R surely leads to suprise, supreme, supress etc!

I'm totally ok with things changing for the better, but this IS NOT one of those times! Please revert back to the previous version or something like it! You had something great and digressed. And what in the heck is up with the predicted words?? They suck now !

This is really bugging me also. I see it happening especially before the question mark. Do you ?
