  I still hate the lack of a dedicated question mark key. Even with the May 2013 update I've typed ml once when trying to add a question mark and another time it simply didn't add the question mark. This is unacceptable. It's time to fix it! Give us options!

  This works provided you slide all the way left to where the exclamation mark is, but that isn't quick at all. Don't know why the option to select the period and comma appear in the long press list as they already have dedicated buttons. Please fix this thanks!

  I mind the long press, just don't think there is a need comma on the punctuation key when it's already stationary on the left side of the keyboard.

  I like long press for explanation and question marks. I hate the slide thing. Also where the heck is the percent symbol.

  please make an option to disable the long press and slide punctuation. It takes too much precision. The old long press underneath the period was perfect. Please make an option to select that if we want it.

  I liked it soooooo much better when it predicted that I would be using three exclamations... Like this!!!

  @Sarah Reynolds... This isn't an answer, and it most certainly hasn't made it easier to type "even quicker than before." I'm disappointed I wasted $2.

  awesome... and now for no apparent reason I can't even swipe to right to enter exclamation mark! When I'm at the rightmose edge of the screen the highlight is still on the dot :|
  is it to much to ask to have sane punctuation behaviour?! :/

  Please, get rid of the Comma Sign on the Special Punctuation key! It's already presentg at the left of the specebar, and it keeps getting included in the messages instead of the exclamation mark, both by longpressing or tapping!

  Is anyone else having a problem with the apostrophe? It looks fine on my (Android) tablet screen, but the email recipient viewing it in Outlook sees something quite different. The apostrophes come out as: ' which makes the messages almost unreadable. Can't this be fixed? there might be problems with other punctuation marks and symbols also, but i haven't checked the others out. This one is enough of a nuisance.

  Admin's answer doesn't help.. the quick swipe is difficult to use, especially one handed, and a lot of the time just doesn't work or gives a comma instead of an exclamation.

  I love this feature! It gives me unforgettable experience of trying to type question mark time and time again because when speed typing I always get dot... kudos!

  I agree on this and PROTEST the answer of the support team. We all know how to find the ? Sign. I find it very annoying and difficult to use it. There are carachters that I never use

  So... this "FEATURE" was introduced half year ago and guess what "once you get used to you’ll be typing quicker" DID NOT EFFIN HAPPEN! I'm still constantly mis-typing wrong punctuation and it's more and more annoying each time! :/

  In the Spanish language the symbols in the slider are in the wrong position. If you slide right it write "¿" instead of "?". Please fix it. It's a pain.

  Nope. Nothing quick about the punctuation. On my new Samsung the exclamation mark is not accessible. Deal breaker

  The only problem I have with the slide for exclamation mark is that the comma is also there - i.e. You have to slide past the comma to get to the exclamation mark.

  This is doubly pointless as there is a dedicated comma button to the left of the space-bar....
