Learn from Go SMS please!
Like many people, I now find myself texting far more often than emailing. I love SwiftKey X, but I feel like I'm not getting the most out of it because it doesn't learn from the one app where I do most of my typing, leaving far fewer accurate predictions that typically make SK so great. I realize that there are many 3rd party messenger apps out there, but there are a few that are wildly popular (ie, HandCent, Chomp and Go SMS) and seem to justify integration with SwiftKey. I've read several reports that confirm the growing preference of text/messaging over email. Also, loyal Android users regularly replace stock apps with 3rd party alternatives (the beauty of Android!). If things continue to move in that direction, support for other mainstream text/mssg apps would seem to "show off" the power of SwiftKey's predictions to a wider audience. For myself, despite missing out on a richer pool of accurate learned predictions, I'm sticking with SKX because I can no longer type without being able to swype back to delete words. Love that feature and now I'm hopelessly hooked on it! Otherwise, I would likely look elsewhere. Thanks for listening!!
