How can we improve SwiftKey?

Allow saving "words" with points in it

Please allow to save words with points in it. For example: When I want to write a smiley like "-.-" or "i.e." the Cursor always jumps after the point and SwiftKey does not recognize it as a word! One always has to go back manually which is very annoying. Thank you!

        Have the same issue ... typing e.g. or i.e. is way too cumbersome ... and I'd rather not have my input method dictate my writing style.

        Agreed. It's a bit annoying to not be able to type i.e. without having to delete the space...
