An option to use swiftkey predictions everywhere in every app including a web searches
The old swiftkey predictions work in almost every app except web searches. The new swiftkey beta predictions do not work in a lot of apps. I would like to have the option to use the predictions everywhere :-)
SwiftKey 4 now has predictions in many more places.
Predictions are switched on everywhere except:
password fields
“To:” fields in emails
in apps with code that clashes with SwiftKey predictions
If you previously purchased SwiftKey 3, SwiftKey 4 is a free upgrade. If you haven’t yet purchased SwiftKey it is on sale at 50% off for 1 week. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.touchtype.swiftkey

It appears Swiftkey has been largely abandoned. It still has the best predictions when it works.
I'm glad I now use the Samsung Galaxy Note II with the Samsung keyboard which is way better than Swiftkey. I read it uses the swiftkey prediction engine but it has predictions everywhere unlike swiftkey and also has many other useful features lacking in Swiftkey.

Hi !
There are no prediction and no flow on swiftkey 4 (4.0.1.128) on stock samsung caleder app on all text fields when adding a new appointment or a new task. Why other swiping apps are able here to swipe and predict words, but swiftkey ?
swipe is working here and samsung keyboard is working too.Why are you disable it on such on these text-fields.
that is really annoying

I have a samsung galaxy s2 and I cleared my cache a month back or so and ever since then SwiftKey doesn't save any of the words I select no matter how many times I choose them.

No predictions in KingsoftOffice - are you working on that problem and expect a solution or do you recommend that I delete either Kingsoft or SwiftKey rightaway?

Previous comment that predictions don't work with "code that clashes with SwiftKey predictions" seems to miss the point that other apps, that were getting predictions, now are not with the new version of SwiftKey.
That certainly sounds like SwiftKey has much more work
to do with current version.I went back to previous version and will try alternative apps.

No predictions or flow in kingsoft office, which means I can't use this program, or use swipe or slide–it instead.

I go the update for swiftkey flow and now it is not predicting contacts when I text like it used to. I have to input the contacts phone number then the name shows. This isn't very convenient as I am not able to remember everyone's phone number. How can I fix this?

It's a miracle! After more than a year in asking for the program to allow predictions in something as simple as Google's search, you have finally allowed predictions in most fields! I don't get why you disallow it in the To: fields, as it would be nice to have if you send a lot of emails and are using a program that doesn't have auto-prediction. Thank you for FINALLY coming back around and listening to your end users and not just your own personal vanity about what you think is right for all of us.

I believe that what is needed is not "predictions/flow always on" but some simple and quick way way of the user turning predicitons/flow on or off. On my Galaxy Note I find that prediction/flow seems to be off when I use Kingston Office or my text editor (Vim touch) but on when I use the messaging application. In all cases I would prefer to explicitly turn it on or off appropriate to the content I am typing at the time.

I am having a problem with the Notes application on an HTC One X+ running android 4.1.1, Sense 4+. The predictions work for the title field, but not the body of the note (exact opposite of desired behavior). Can a change be made to allow in this application? It worked in the SwiftKey Flow Beta, not sure what changed upon upgrading to 4. Alternatively, as many others have suggested, please add an option to force predictions everywhere. Thanks!

Oh my god.
Sarah: Read the suggestion.
"I would like to have the option to use the predictions everywhere :-)"
How hard is that?
This is not a complex idea. He (we) just want the regular completions *everywhere*, or perhaps the option to switch predictions on and off.
How can you mark the suggestion completed, when you have completely ignored the core of the suggestion? -

Sarah, should we file a separate suggestion to ask for it explicitly, or these two already do the job?

I love SwiftKey.. But I get frustrated because it turns off predictions on websites like Facebook.. It is great for texting.. A real time saver.. Thanks for a great keyboard experience!

Loving having predictions and flow in more areas! More user customization is preferred. Thanks!
