Change space bar behavior following a comma
I understand that if I want to disregard a prediction, I have to keep on typing in certain situations. But my instinct is hit the space bar immediately after a comma. This always seems to insert a conjunction, no matter how many times I stop and erase it, SwiftKey hasn't noticed I don't like it. "hey, what's up?" used to become "hey, but what's up?" in the beginning. SwiftKey is now inserting predictions besides conjunctions, but it's still spitting them out when all I want is a space. I could get used to not hitting the spacebar immediately after a…
5 votesSwiftkey inserts a space after a comma so there’s no need for you to hit the space bar, but if you can’t kick the habit then you can go to Settings > Advanced > Spacebar will and choose “complete current word” instead of “insert prediction”, and you won’t get these extra words in your messages. :-)

"and" following a comma
I noticed that swiftkey always inserts "and" after a comma. Would be nice to be able to turn that off. Awesome product BTW!!
2 votesYou don’t need to hit space after a comma, SwiftKey will put one in for you.
If you go to Settings > Advanced > Spacebar will and choose “complete current word” instead of “insert prediction” you won’t get this problem.

Bring back learn from RSS
SwiftKey X allowed learning from an RSS feed in earlier betas. Great for bloggers, and those who aren't tied to Facebook or Twitter. Please bring it back!
3 votesYou can now learn from RSS feeds in SwiftKey 2.2. Please be sure to update to the latest version available.

Quick backspace
In another keyboard app it had the ability backspace a whole word by swiping starting at the backspace button and going left (horizontally). It was great for quick edits. I already love this keyboard let's make it the best :)
1 voteYou can delete an entire word by quickly swiping your finger right-to-left across your on-screen keyboard. Check it out here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JcBvyElHSD0&feature=plcp.

swift key dictionary access
i'd really like to be able to acces the personalized dictionary swift key builds. especially if you're using rapid typing mode, it does happen that a word ends up in your dictionary, which is after all, just misspelled. i'd like to be able to delete or correct certain entries from my personalized dictionary.
3 votesYou can remove any misspelled word by longpressing it in your prediction bar and then selecting .

An option for disabling the prediction of the first word of a new sentence?
As good as swift key is, I personly find it a little annoying when it keeps predicting 'the' or 'l' at the start of every new sentence.
1 voteSwiftKey inserts a space automatically after you enter punctuation. If you enter a space yourself after entering punctuation, this will sometimes enter a word. You can avoid this by changing your “Spacebar will” settings to “always insert a space”.

Clearly display the difference between SwiftKey free and SwiftKey paid.
I don't mind the $4, but what am I getting.?
1 voteThe free trial of SwiftKey is time-restricted. The paid version is precisely the same as the free version, except for the fact that it has no time-restriction.
We created the free trial to provide users with the opportunity to fully evaluate SwiftKey far longer than the 15 minute refund window that the Play Store typically allows.

Less RAM usage for faster response
It isn't even bigger in size of the file, it uses also way more RAM than any Keyboard I know. I tried the normal Android Gingerbread Keyboard ( 6MB RAM usage ), than I tried Smart Keyboard ( 14MB RAM usage ) and at the end I tried Swift Key X, which is the best Keyboard I think, but 30 MB RAM usage is hell of a lot. I don't know how much RAM most of you have free but with 30MB I could power up 2-5 Apps.
45 votesWhile SwiftKey requires a decent amount of RAM for the processing going on ‘under the hood’, we have recently done some optimization to the application in version 2.2. Please give it a try.

aggressive spell checking
Your agressive spell checking has mangled my usually perfect spelling and destroyed a birthday message to my mom.
Using this product for over a year I am still amazed at the complacency of your developers, with substitution recommendations jumping around like a game of three-card monty and the most useless emoticon set imaginable, and unconfigurable.
1 voteIf you find SwiftKey’s autocorrection to be too aggressive for your liking, you can change your “Spacebar will…” settings in SwiftKey’s Advanced submenu to “always insert a space”.

reduce the amount of screen SwiftKey takes up in landscape mode
Reduce the amount of screen space SwiftKey takes up in landscape mode. Make it so that the default behavior is similar to the built-in Android keyboard, with about half of the screen available to see. For phone app, add an option where you can reduce the # of rows/make keyboard smaller so you can see more of the screen.

allow a dictionary so that we can enter our own words so it doesn't keep trying to auto-correct words, like foreign words in English letters
it keeps auto-correcting words that are not in the dictionary even though I spell them correctly and it is annoying having to press to say it is ok. This is especially annoying as I live abroad and often spell foreign words and places in English letters.
3 votesYou can add new words in SwiftKey without a problem. You can do so by clicking on the new word in your prediction bar, rather than tapping your spacebar after you’ve typed the new word.
