Correct when I accidentally hit period e.g. a.imal
When I'm typing quickly I sometimes 'fat finger' one of the punctuation keys, for example I may type a.imal which is autocorrected to "A. Imal" instead of animal as I'd expect.
This stops me typing quickly as I have to go back and edit the typo, breaking my flow

Hey Daniel,
I'm confused as to why you're using a keyboard that corrects what you type if you think the answer is to 'Learn how to type better'.
It seems like a lot of people want to see this improved, if you're not one of them, that's fine, but that doesn't make it less important to other people, particularly as resolving this doesn't have any negative impact for other users who aren't affected by this.
Cheers

So? Learn how to type better. Wow lots of people wasted their votes. We always do this, you just have to practise. This isn't a bug. Thread should be closed.

YES! This is a TOTAL flowbreaker! The arrow keys are even worse -- tap one by accident, and EVERYTHING gets messed up.
I can clearly see what's happening; the keyboard assumes the alphabetic keys might be mistyped and it tries to correct them; but it assumes the punctuation keys (and arrow keys) are always correct and just slaps 'em in.
The prediction is SO GOOD, except for this.
Of course, I fixed the arrow key problem by turning them off. It's a huge pity, but it works. I can't do that with punctuation, and I shouldn't have to.
